The Male Manager on duty between 10.00 and 11.30 has absolutely no communication skills or respect for his customers. Thinking we will be having a lovely breakfast we were quickly showed otherwise. If i am not mistaken a manager should always put his customers needs before his own and if the situation is not a case where he can put the customers needs before his own, he should at least portray his concerns and issues with respect and decency!
Sorry Mugg and Bean Kimberley but you have definitely showed us that your customer care is up to crap.

Waiting 30min for a waiter while there is 5 customers in the store…. will never see me or my family again rather go to mugg & bean in diamond pavillion

Rapid deterioration in service since opening. Waiters much more interested in chatting than service delivery.
