    OUR GAS BRAAI`S

    Our stainless steel gas spit-braai machines are smokeless and have wheels to move around. They are versatile to be operated indoors or outdoors and can also work from a 12 volt main or generator. We also offer a variety of choices of what can be prepared on the spit. Apart from a full lamb/pork/vlakvark or springbok, imagine a roasted lamb thighs, full chickens or pork necks, smothered in our delicious marinated basting and all done to perfection on the spit.

     

    Or what about a chicken braai? We fit up to 10 full chickens with ease on one spit, or with our specially designed adapters that can carry up to 15 full chickens making our spit-braai services unique. We can also roast chicken pieces, baby potatoes, roasted veggies, sweet corn and foiled fish simultaneously.For best results we advise that only the best A grade quality meat be used on our spit-braai’s. We have a firm belief that quality meat with good ingredients deliver great food
