I am utterly disgusted and at a disgrace of how little care is provided towards these animals. Our yorkie was very active and fit. She woke up on Saturday and seemed weak and lifeless. We could not take her to our regular vet because of working hours proposed on a Saturday. Dr Henzen had not fully examined her, as to there was a witness. He had prescribed medication that worsened her condition and charged us with almost R1000. He diagnosed her with constipation by just merely looking at her and not doing a full examination. On Sunday morning at 1am, she passed away. Just hours after doctors diagnoses. It caused heartache and devastation towards a family. And It is completely unacceptable!!
