🇿🇦 Recently, we all got the great news that the entire country is finally on level 1.
Unfortunately, while the rest on the country has flattened the curve, the Northern Cape's curve has spiked higher than ever. 📈
⚠️ 𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟭.

After working at Kimberley Veterinary Clinic under Dr Joseph van Heerden, Dr Donovan Smith and Dr Piet-Piet Swart decided it was time to take the bull by the horns. They bought the practice from the renowned Dr van Heerden and thanks to their continuous leadership, unbreakable spirit and utter dedication, the practice has only thrived since.
Dr Donovan Smith and Dr Piet-Piet Swart, our two directors, are bolstered by Dr Murray Hyslop, Dr Ame MacIntyre and Dr Sherike van der Merwe, a veterinary nurse, Sr Anmari Coetzee and an impressive array of support staff that we simply cannot function without.
All our veterinarians lead with their own interest and speciality, thus enabling us to offer health care to all animals ranging from hamsters to horses, birds of prey, rhinos, amphibians, cats and dogs. The list is endless.
Our unbridled passion and knowledge allows us to provide the best care possible.

The best four legged child hospital in kimberley. The receptionists were patient and kind with my neurotic behavior regarding my baby. The nurse took the time to explain everything to me. The vet is great. Thankyou so much.

Enroute from holiday our dog got gravely sick and we found Kimvet online. Dr Smith and his dedicated staff assisted us quickly and efficiently. They kept us up to speed with his situation constantly and were even concerned with finding is petfriendly accommodation. After two nights we’re taking our boy home. There is no words to convey our sincerest thanks to everyone involved. We will always recommend Kimvet!
