Unfortunately we found the service and attitude of the manager and staff unfriendly, unhelpful and rude.
We came to purchase three wheelchairs for our NGO, a local Hospice. Staff could not provide information regarding specifications and features of the products. They reluctantly called the manager to assist. when we enquired about a possible reduction as the wheel chairs are for an NGO, we were told that ‘this is not Checkers”. Having purchased the wheelchairs we asked if someone could help us take them to our car. A staff member reluctantly wheeled one chair to the door of the store. Will not be shopping here again.
