      Swak en patertiese diens! Ek word gebel om aan te sluit. Maak afspraak met Sanjay vie 14:00.. Kom by gym – hy is nie daar nie, maar dame by ontvans sê ek moet sit Patricia sal my nou help. Na meer as 10 minute is daar geen teken van haar nie en ek loop. Teen 14:30 bel sy my en sê sy was besig. Maak n afspraak vir 15:00 by my huis – sy sal my bel. Om 16:10 bel ek haar – sy sê sy het nie vervoer nie!!! Hoekom n afspraak maak as jy weet jy kan dit nie nakom nie???? Sanjay sal my vanoggend bel. Hy bel net voor 13:00. Maak weer n afspraak vie 14:00. Hy is daar tot 14:00 anders sal Patricia my help. 13:55 kom ek daar, en raai wat? NIE EEN van hulle is daar nie!!!!! Michael het my toe gehelp. Baie vriendelik en professioneel. Swak Virgin Active Kimberley, BAIE SWAK!!!!

        Mens kan nie klae oor die diens van Virgin Active Kimberley nie, want daar is GEEN kliente diens nie.
        Die mense by ontvangs staan jou en aan kyk met ‘n frons tussen hulle oë of jy ‘n Alien is. Praat engels hulle frons en staar, praat Afrikaans hulle frons en staar!!!!!!!
        Bel hulle om met die bestuurder te praat, raai wat GEEN ANTWOORD!!!!!!!!!!!!
