  • Built in 1910, the main house has been tastefully converted into B&B guest rooms and breakfast room. Self-catering rooms have been added in the same Edwardian style. All rooms are furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings, en-suite ablutions. DSTV with hotel bouquet (sports and films), free WiFi, and air-con with heater.
     
    The Solomon is graded 3 star by the TGCSA and provides high quality accommodation to tourists and business people alike.
    ​We are located 2km south-east of Kimberley city centre, nestled between the historic suburbs of Beaconsfield, Herlear, Klisserville and Belgravia.
     
    We have plenty of secure parking. There are restaurants within easy walking distance.

      When we return to Kimberley we shall again want to stay at The Solomon and ask for room 5.
      The bed was just fine. At well over six feet tall, I noted this. Previous comments from others nearly put us off but this must have been remedied.
