The service level received is not up to standard. They do not want your business as other jobs are more important than assisting you. The deal breaker is that they promise to come out but do not come out, when I followed up they will phone back – still waiting for the return call.
I followed up again was then told they are busy with a big job and then didn’t have my details. The staff at NC glass are chasing business away – when I spoke to the either manager or owner and explained my situation I was told to email my complaint.
They will not get my business
