      Dear sir/madam. I would like know if it normal practice that if you not black you simply have to wait for service until all black helped first? I’ve been at your service at 18:35 yesterday 27 Feb and I simply had to wait for service while people who arrived after me were attended to after me. I have a very sick baby of 3 who needed urgent medical attention at that time. Please notify all non black patriants or should I enquier at the Engen head office. Have a great day as this is not the first time. M.A. Malander
