      I recently stumbles across Wimpie’s new shop in December 2014 after leaving Kimberley 5 years ago.

      I’d been looking for a bike for a few months and had also visited a few bike shops in Pretoria, well known shops may I add, and once I started chatting, Wimpie, the owner, listened to what my needs were, shared some serious knowledge on every single product and bike he showed me, and although I went a little over my budget, the service and customer satisfaction was absolutely second to none.

      Pretoria Bike Shops need to go to Kimberley for some training on how important it is to nurture business relationships, and not leave a shop feeling like a number!
