We have been a ADT client for 5 years now and must admit that we did not always use the alarm when we went away, or when we went to bed. Unfortunately we had a burglary and we are now trying to diligently use the alarm system. We had some technicians at the use to help us set it up but it did not work correctly as the alarm would go off any time during the day and/or night. This means I received about 5 calls from them daily (which shows that the alarm system works and get activated at their office). The system however does not work correctly and my wife called ADT to get a technician out for more than a week now to no avail. I am already getting other quotes in Kimberley for a different service provider
