The Northern Cape SMME Trust is a Non Profit Organisation situated in Kimberley, the capital city of the Northern Cape. Leaders in Incubation for SMME’s.
Northern Cape SMME Trust (the Trust) was established in 2003, after a merger between the Kimberley Business Trust, the Kimberley Business Incubator Centre and KIMSEC. At formation the Trust, had a three-way business focus on the basis of the merger and these were viz: Job Creation, Incubation and Business Development. This approach proved challenging as the units operated in a unified manner and as such necessitated the process of restructuring. This restructuring saw the construction of the SMME Incubator Centre and the Self-help Centre, which collectively have the capacity to house 22 SMMEs.

We assist SMMEs and guide them on how to submit the best winning tenders. We guide them through the tender system and Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
