Oryx Extreme MTB Challenge @ Leswale Game Lodge

The Oryx Extreme MTB will start at Leswale Lodge. The safety and well being of all participants are of paramount importance to the organizers, and all possible measures have been undertaken to ensure this. There will be route marshals along the route to ensure riders stay on the right routes. The Oryx Extreme MTB Race is a family-oriented event and provides an outdoor experience to both the race-fit, and those who prefer to just kick back and enjoy the event. This MTB Race is open to solo participants. The route traverses through the Battle fields of Magersfontein and Perdeberg. The objective of this MTB Race is to turn it into a experience which will leave the riders and guests with a lasting memory, also to create a fun, memorable experience. This race will provide a platform where pro riders can challenge one another, while still catering for the masses who are enthusiastic, hobbyist riders.
 
Registration and Entries are open. CLICK HERE TO ENTER ONLINE. Late registrations can be done on 27 Sept 2019 @ Horseshoe Inn Kimberley from 16:00 till 19:30.
 
Race briefing at 06h30 on the morning before the race start.
Compulsory gear check will be 15 minutes before the start of the race.
This race will start at 07:00am @ Leswale Lodge
 
Venue & Facilities:
Toilets – There is a permanent toilet block available.
Water – There is supply of fresh water onsite. But you must bring all the water and fluids you will need. There will be soft drinks and food on sale, and supply of water at the designated water point only.
Medical Assistance – will be in attendance throughout the race.
 
Rider Etiquette MTB enduro racing is known and valued for good sportsmanship. Let’s keep that tradition alive for this event. We want everyone to have a positive experience, and a good attitude while out on the track will go a long way to make it a great event for all. Poor sportsmanship may result in rider disqualification and is at the sole discretion of the race director.
