Former SA Idols top five competitor Lefa Pike to entertain home crowd
 
Former SA Idols competitor, the talented singer, Lefa Pike, performs in an intimate show for his home crowd in Kimberley later this month. The performer, who participated in the popular reality TV talent competition in 2011, takes to the stage at Flamingo’s Bar 129 on 27 November 2015.
 
Arguably the most talented vocalists that has hit Idols since its inception, popularly known as Soet Kind, Pike made it to the top five of the competition. Born and bred in Kimberley where diamonds were discovered, he is one of the South African music industry’s gems. This powerful vocalist has performed live with the likes of The Parlotones and Loyiso Bala during his appearances on the show. Since then, he has continued to perform as the vocalist for the band Green Orange at corporate events and music festivals. He also sessions with various bands in his freetime.
 
The youngest of four Children, he was raised single-handedly by his loving mother who depends on him to help support their family. The community is encouraged to show their support for Pike by attending his show. An evening of quality entertainment is promised. He will take to the stage at 21h00 and entrance to Bar 129 is free.
