Terrible service, terrible food. Please look into your restaurant at Shell Ultra City Kimberley. We were there last night and the experience was not good.
The staff is rude and give the impression that attending to clients is great burden and inconvenience. (Both at the steers counter and and the shop)
The staff and management should go take lessons from the Wimpy at Engen Swartberg 1 Stop (Beaufort West) where we stopped on Sunday. The food was very good and the staff there was super friendly and gave the impression that attending to clients is their greatest pleasure.

Good evening, ive always had excellent service fm that Steers, tonight I phoned in my order as that is normally mych quicker and my husband is nightshift, I called at 18:36, the lady saud +- ten min, gave some time got there just past seven left at 19:45, was really kousy serv and the flies on the counter, on the ceiling above where they put the orders, I think i’ll rather go back to Steers at Spar Monumebt, u are closer but so be it

My family live your steara burgers. We always buy from you. I just have on consern when I visited steers today just after 19:00, Saterday, I notice that your staff dont were cloves when working with the food. To me that is health wotning. Please your staff are wonderfull and very friendly. But there are so many illnessis in the food industry. Please see that your staff use cloves with preperation of food.

I bought a rave burger here and didn’t check the order only to find that they gave me a roll with on a pattie and tomato sauce. Worst service ever
Worst place ever. Staff unfriendly at the shop. I walked to the counter to pay the lady at the counter turned around to pack sigarettes had to stand around wondering what now. The other lady at the counter saw it but ignore me. Then I put the stuff down and left.
At about 01:00 on the 5th of December 2014 we stopped at ultra city shell Kimberley, the staff wasn’t friendly at all, never looked up, smiled or greeted me at the counter. I bought a packet of stuyvesant filter 20 and the the lady who help me named charlese or charlene gave me the soft packet, I then asked her if I could get the hard packet and on her way to grab the packet she shout and said ‘ jys lastig’ I felt so offended I could cry because I came from a month and a week long course and did not even pass it and this was just the cherry on the cake. I won’t ever set foot in any Shell garage again because the staff doesn’t even know each other.
On 3/01/2014 we stopped over to buy some food on our way from the west coast! What a bad experience. The staff was not friendly and about 15km out when we wanted to enjoy our meals, we found out that some of the order was not in the bags. Also, the buns of the burgers and rolls were very old. My wife bought a bacon and avo roll. It looked like something out of a horror movie. She could not eat it. So, all in all a really bad experience. After 14 hours on the road, I was not in the mood to turn around. I might have lost my cool.
