      I’m still waiting for help, I’ve been without electricity for the hole weekend, Please send help, I’m in 7de laan, 25193 Angela Obey street. I’m being put on hold forever and buying airtime non stop. The meat in my Fridge didn’t make it, I lost big time. I’m hoping to hear from you soon

      I logged a call about a faulty meter box on Saturday 05 Oct 2019. The agent sent the electrians, they checked the meter and said that they will be back on Monday 07 Oct 2019 but they never came. And on Wednesday i phoned two times and the answer was that the electrians will be dispatched as always that never happened, and on Thursday i phoned again and ultimately the electricians arrived but guess what again they checked the box left it and said that they will come install a new one and again that never happened. So Friday again using my hard earned money to buy airtime i called again and the lady said will send the electricians and as i am writing this review nothing has happened as yet. So in short i can say the service rendered by sol plaatje municipality including the so called agents is pathetic finish en klaar.
