We are not your average Courier Company. Through franchising we have structured our organisation so that the main focus is the Customer and the Franchisee. We have been able to empower individuals with responsibility from the driver upwards to the franchisee. We have eliminated unproductive environments and unprofitable courier branches.
OUR COMPANY
We are The Courier Guy and we love what we do. What started as “a favour for a friend” in 2000 has developed into a worldwide courier company, setting a trend for franchising in this industry. The Courier Guy has grown from humble beginnings on one motorbike into a tightly knit family of Customers, Franchisees and Agents.
MISSION
Our mission is very clear – provide best and fully tested products and solutions for our Customers. The moving of parcels between A and B is really the easy part. What clearly differentiates us in the market place is the “behind the scenes support and attention to detail” you will receive from everyone in the organisation.
PASSION
We love what we do. We are passionate about our industry and establishing close relationships with our client base. Direct and clear communication is critical and there is never a situation where you will speak to ten different people. The people you deal with will have a clear understanding of what your business is all about.

After my third time in one month that i used currier guy bultfontein kby…. I am realily amaised at how profetional and efficient and fast they are… Already recommended to al my customers to use currier guy… And they are equalily impressed….. Keep it up you are rockstars in this trade….

I have read the reviews and I must say I totally disagree. My experience with The Courier Guy was exceptional.
A parcel was delivered to the Kimberley branch on the 28/06/2021 for me. It arrived in JHB at 23:45 that same night and today 29/06/2021 it was delivered to my house in Pretoria at 10:25.
The delivery guy was very friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with him and The Courier Guy.

The courier guy in the Kimberley Northern cape has terrible, incompetent service and it should not be trusted with people’s valuables, they lost or one of the employees stole my package and I’ll continue bashing their stupid service
Terrible service,it’s been over a week now that my package hasn’t been delivered,been tracking it the entire time and it just show on delivery,but nothing has been delivered

Just moved my business to Kimberly and I use the courier guy. Worst service provider ever! My Urgent overnight parcel Wasn’t collected and they kept me waiting for 20mins on the phone with no reason as to why my parcel wasn’t delivered. They even knocked off while I was on the phone waiting for the consultant to speak to me

Very poor service. Booked a 1-2 days pickup. Two days later and it still hasn’t been picked up. When I spoke with Petra in the morning she confirmed that the package will reach me the following day. Later I spoke to Johan and he confirmed that as we speak the courier is already in the destination town and it will be picked up but will only be delivered to me on Monday. I paid for a 1 to 2 days service, not 6 days. Very bad service and full of lied. DO NOT USE THE COURIER GUY. They are not worth even one star.

Been contacting them for weeks regarding my paid parcel to be deliver. They simple just dont reply on my email or call me back when i call.

Your service is pathetic. I paid almost R400-00 for OVERNIGHT delivery from Johannesburg toBoshof. My parcels were dispatched on Wednesday and when I called to find out where my parcels are, I was told it will only be delivered next week Wednesday as you only deliver in Boshof on Wednesdays. Then I called in vain at 3:40 pm as nobody answers a phone there. Last time you also delivered my goods late, and not with a Courier Guy vehicle, but some private unmarked car, which already was enough to make me frown and wonder about your company. My supplier in Johannesburg uses only your courier company, and he will also take this up with your head office. Seems that I just threw my money in the water by paying for an overnight service which I am not getting. But rest assured, I will spread the news that Courier Guy is not at all reliable! And I will never ever make use of your company again.

Is there maybe a vacancy available for a courier driver. I am really interested to be a driver i have a code 8 drivers license. I am willing to work long hours and as far as the east from the west.
