    When we present you with your pizza, if the dot is red, your pizza’s hot and fresh; if it’s black, your pizza’s FREE.

    FREE DELIVERY

    Minimum order of R50 is required to qualify for FREE delivery. Delivery must occur within 5KM radius of the restaurant ordered from.

    Debonairs Pizza is the leading pizza restaurant in Africa. It was established in 1991 by two university students, one being Craig McKenzie, who operated from a family bakery in Pietermaritzburg.

    In 1996 Debonairs Pizza was acquired by the highly successful Steers Group of Companies, (now Famous Brands) giving the restaurant access to the most professional and polished support system available within the fast food franchising industry.

      Just a complaint about a pizza i ordered it was for pickup initially we were told it would take 35 minutes as it was busy we understood as we had errands o run as well;only to find more than an hour later we’re still waiting. The service is pathetic no sense of urgency, we noticed someone holding a mop after cleaning the floor handed the order to someone waiting. I felt sorry for the delivery guy who got there before us and was still waiting when we left…You could have really made things easy.

      I ordered a meal from JHB, to be delivered in Kimberly – and how effortless the experience thank you to Riedwaan and his team.

        There is doubt that the pizza is always amazing but their customer service is extremely bad, as I have been tracking an order I made 2 hours ago the lady and gentleman that answered the phone were not willing to inform me about the status of the delivery and the lady I just spoke to was in a rush to hang up and before she even did she said “yoooooooooooh!” To express how tired she was of listening to me which is very rude, both calls I was very respectful and wanted to better understand why the delay and hold up but instead I get the same answer “it’s on its way” I’m very disappointed as this has never happened before. Please send your employees to Customer Service Training as this will definitely ruin your image
