    We are an expanding company that meets all objectives and understand BBBEE protocol in full, and is currently busy in co-operation with SEESA to increase our BBBEE status. We are also proud to be a part of the IFFILELE training program in developing skills through practical field training, and currently training two students from the training program.

    To complete all tasks to the finest criteria of the client, in detail, and in such a manner so that the environment is not jeopardized.

    CLIENT SATISFACTORY POLICY
    Call outs:
    Call outs are logged at varies regional offices.
    They are then prioritized with the consent of the client in
    categories of importance and promptly attended as per agreed
    with customer.

    Response time:
    If agreed to by us, and the customer on a fixed response time for Example: No longer then two hours from reserving the call out.

    We will be fully committed in keeping our objective of client
    satisfaction.

    Parts fitted: We will only fit genuine parts and no alternative parts will be
    used, unless specified, and on be halve of the clients consent
    only.
    This will only be used as a cheaper alternative but we will
    be oblige to inform the customer of the negative impact on
    his equipment if such exists.
